Ok thank you for stopping by and reading this. As much as I love to coach, I am not a very self motivated person. So I am turning to this to make myself accountable to myself as well as hope to get some moral support from old or new friends a like.

2011 is coming to a close. I did not get the house I was hoping to get. I had a great relationship for a while that taught me soooo much and gave me some much needed self confidence. My dad ended up closing his bagel shop, which was a double edged sword. But I am glad he will be able to enjoy retirement finally. I biked 391 miles on my bike this past year….more than 2 times the furthest I have gone before. This year I am not going to make any relationship goals…..I just seem to get hurt by them. Work on me and if it’s meant to be it will be! I feel a lot better than I did this time last year……I am a little over 30 pounds lighter then I was on 12/1/10!

This year I am going to break my yearly goals down to smaller chunks…..lets see how I do! I have added pictures I have found on the Internet to help symbolize what I am working for. If any of them leave you puzzled or if you have questions about them let me know.
